Before you send

I flew legally: under the FAA, Transport Canada or AFAC rules that apply to me, and with the resort's permission where it requires it.

No one is close enough in the footage to be recognised.

I give SnowSync a licence to process this footage, show the result on snowsync.us and promote it, with credit to me.

I understand I can ask for it to be taken down at any time, and that not every clip makes a scene.

The first and last minute of the flight log are trimmed before anything is stored, so the take-off spot (often a car or a home) is never kept.
